Welcome to Wimbledon High School, school of first choice for many of London's brightest girls
It's the time of year when attention is focussed in the press and public debate on exam results and school league tables. At WHS, we're proud that in 2010 our students have once again achieved a fantastic set of results at both A level and GCSE.
Academic excellence is at the core of all we do; however, a school is about a lot more than just percentages of A* grades. Students perform best when they are leading busy, active and happy lives, engaged in the world around them and having fun.
The number and variety of activities that Wimbledon High girls get involved in allows for different interests and talents to flourish, friendships to blossom and confidence to grow. Our students learn how to become resilient learners, ready to face new challenges and to support each other on the way.
If your daughter is yet to embark on her educational journey, or you are choosing schools for the next stage – at 11+ or 16+, do visit us. We can post up our exam results but can’t bottle the atmosphere of Wimbledon High School – come and experience that for yourself!
