Asked about their experiences of Wimbledon High School, recent leavers again and again talk about the friendships they have forged, the sense of community and camaraderie at the school. This is further backed up by Old Girls who left WHS many years ago but who still come back to the Mansel Road once a year at the WHSU reunions.
Keeping in touch with alumnae is important for the school - we want younger students to be inspired by the achievements of their 'forebears' and careers staff regularly organise events where ex-WHS students speak of their university choices, their jobs and professions. Minerva, the GDST-wide body, provides a wider network for WHS students to draw upon.
Are you an ex-WHS student who has yet to be back in touch? Please contact us - we'd love to hear from you!
