Wimbledon High School Annual Fund - February 2010 Update

Our parents, alumnae, staff, governors and other friends have so far this year raised over £20,000 for the Annual Fund appeal by giving what they can, and it’s now even easier to give. Just go to donate.gdst.net and choose either a regular Direct Debit, or a one-off gift with a credit or debit card.

School fees cover the basic running expenses of the school but they don’t pay for the additional projects that make a real difference to the lives of each of our students. The Annual Fund will help us provide the extras that thoroughly equip and inspire our students for bright futures in the world at large.

Our projects for 2009/2010 are:

• Refurbishment of the Senior Hall
• Creation of a Music room in the Junior School
• Setting up of a School Discretionary Bursary Fund

Getting involved in this appeal means being part of something that has immediate results, and it’s easy to make a gift – just £10 a month (or whatever you can give), with Gift Aid, will help us provide our students with all the important extras on our wish list. Your support is tremendously valuable, and much appreciated by everyone at Wimbledon High School, particularly our girls.
