Year 6 community project - celebrating new friendships...

Monday 27th March marked the end of a fun and interactive Community Project in collaboration with Blossom House School. 

We saw WHS and Blossom House work together over 6 weeks to create a selection of musical performances and artwork around the theme of The Lion King (the upcoming Year 6 play) which they performed on the final day to parents and friends.

In addition to the wonderful performances, some of the students also shared their favourite moments from the project in which it was evident through these lovely stories, that new friendships were made and everyone involved had a memorable time.

A huge thank you to Miss Norford and Mrs Kempton for making this wonderful project happen.
