String Competition 2017

Many congratulations to all 16 girls involved in the WHS String Competition which took place on 30th November.

With the competition divided into three different classes, we saw a wide range of musical talent as well as a concluding performance from adjudicator and leader of the London Tango Orchestra, Caroline Pearsall.

Intermediate Class:

Winner – Ambar M (Year 8)

Runner up – Anjali R (Year 7)

Senior Class:

Winner – Sophie H (Year 8)

Runners Up – Amy C (Year 10) and Alice N (Year 9)

Advanced Class:

Winners – Miranda P (Year 11) and Miriam P (Year 12)

Runner Up – Louisa C (Year 12)
