Duke of Edinburgh

In early July, a team of year 12 girls accompanied by Miss Ling and Dr Low took part in their Gold DofE practice expedition in the Yorkshire Dales. The weather was beautiful, and the views from the top of the moors were absolutely stunning. The trip involved four nights camping and three days walking, and lots of hurriedly cooked pasta and rice. A brilliant time was had by all (and not too many blisters) and we look forward to our real expedition in Snowdonia next year.
