The WHSA has already held a number of events this academic year: a buzzing Christmas Fair, a Family Fun Run in Richmond Park and our very own Question of Sport, where British Olympians and rugby legend Brian Moore inspired and entertained parents, students and staff in a highly successful fundraiser. Coming up this term, on Sunday 16 June, is the Summer Fair. More on that soon, but do save the date. 

Our Committee for 2012/13 is chaired by Tonia Edwards, who is keenly supported by committee members “old” and new. She writes:

"We are always looking for new volunteers and initiatives so if you have ideas or suggestions please do get in touch. Volunteering can be on whatever basis suits you and we’d love help in lots of areas (fundraising, second hand uniform, event organising, sponsorship etc.) and in particular communications and design."

Second Hand Uniform Shop

The shop is open on Fridays from 2.30pm - 3.30pm on the following dates this term:

14, 28 June

5 July

The shop is located in the basement of the senior school building, entrance opposite 6th Form House.

Christmas Fair

Our annual Christmas Fair was held in December, a lovely crisp winter’s day. It was a very successful event with plenty to do for children of all ages and their parents: rides, a huge shopping hall, Santa’s Grotto and games.  We also raised a massive £13,500 for the school, with 10% going towards Open Arms Malawi.
