The closing date for applications is 9.00am on Monday 1st December 2025Interviews will take place on Tuesday 9th December 2025The role
At Wimbledon High, girls come first as athletes, as students, and as young women discovering what they are capable of.
From the joy and pride of representative honours in regional and national finals in sports such as hockey, netball, swimming and cross country, WHS athletes compete with ambition, purpose and integrity. Our philosophy is simple: to provide the very best support and development for young female athletes so that every girl realises the full measure of her ability.
We are now seeking a Head of Performance Sport to lead our provision for girls who aspire and compete at the highest level, athletes whose commitment and potential deserve world-class coaching, mentoring and opportunity.
This is a role that is as much about opening girls’ eyes to what is possible as it is about performance, whether that means earning selection for a GB pathway or following in the footsteps of WHS athletes who have secured sports scholarships to prestigious US universities including Cornell, Virginia and North Carolina.
If you believe that high performance and holistic education go hand in hand, and that great coaching can shape futures both on and off the field, we would love to hear from you.
