    This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified full time Teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy of Religion to join our highly successful RS Department from January 2025.

    In line with the school’s academic philosophy of ‘Playful Scholarship’, you will deliver stimulating lessons that stretch, challenge, and inspire our students. You will offer individual support where appropriate and will also make key contributions to the school’s pastoral care, safeguarding the well-being of our students.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for RS & Philosophy of Religion. The ability to contribute to our provision by teaching Religious Studies from KS3 to A Level is essential. We are looking for a colleague who will want to engage with our talented and hard-working students and are therefore happy to interview experienced practitioners or prospective ECTs. Strong academic ability, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills will all be required.

    Wimbledon High School has an exciting opportunity for an organised and self-motivated Receptionist to provide a customer-focused and efficient reception service to visitors and telephone callers.

    Presenting a welcoming and professional image of the school, key duties will include assisting in providing a general administrative service to support the smooth running of the school and dealing with day-to-day queries from staff, students and parents.

    Applicants will need to be competent with ICT, Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a reception area, a professional and customer-focused approach, as well as the ability to juggle priorities are essential requirements for this role.

    The working hours for this role are 8:30am – 4:30pm.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role supporting the Director of Co-curricular, Partnerships and Philanthropy at Wimbledon High School.

    In this varied role, you will provide administrative support with arranging school trips, visits and co-curricular activities, which will include booking travel and processing payments and consent forms from parents, as well as keeping records of co-curricular activities.

    You will also provide support with the school’s partnerships and philanthropy work and keep the school website up to date with regards to the school’s partnership work.

    You will also be responsible for co-ordinating the diary of the Director of Co-curricular, Partnerships & Philanthropy and organising meetings accordingly.

    To be considered for this role you will need good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

    A keen eye for detail and the ability to use your own initiative are equally important.

    Wimbledon High School is looking for an experienced Senior Rowing Coach to play a key role within our ambitious rowing programme.

    You will support the Head of Rowing with the overall running of the boat club and will provide inspirational rowing coaching to our Seniors (J16s and J18s). You will set squad training programmes, organise school holiday rowing and training camps, and assist with the management of club equipment and the boat fleet.

    We are looking for a strong and inspirational leader with previous experience of coaching rowing within a school. You will also need a clean driving licence. Having a minibus certification and experience of trailer towing boats is desirable, as you will be assisting with transport to the boat club and competition venues. Coaching qualifications and coaching experience on the Tideway is desirable, but not essential.
