Camping chaos and fun for German linguists

Y7, 8 and 9 practice their German skills watching (and participating!) in a play about a camping trip that goes wrong.

On Monday, German linguists in Years 7, 8 and 9 watched ‘Auf dem Campingplatz’, a very funny play by the group Onatti about two friends on a camping trip that goes wrong. The play was performed by German actors who used vocabulary that the students were familiar with, having learnt it in class, allowing them to easily follow the story and practice their listening comprehension.

A few students were even lucky enough to get picked to try out their acting chops and be part of the production!
