We are proud to share that Holly Webb, current Head of Year 9 and Head of Politics, has won the International Coalition of Girls’ School (ICGS) Researcher of the Year award for her research on ‘Empowering Every Girl: Student Agency in Diverse Classrooms’.

Undertaken as part of the 18-month ICGS Global Action Research Collaborative (GARC) programme, Holly’s project investigated how agency can be enhanced in girls by involving them in curriculum design. She has been presenting her findings this week at the annual ICGS conference in Philadelphia, USA.

Holly has also recently been announced as the new Head of Sixth Form from September 2025, and we are very excited for her to lead our Sixth Form into its next chapter!
