Clubs and Activities

At WHS, we don’t like to draw too firm a distinction between what happens in the classroom and what lies beyond: we believe that the happiest, most fulfilled students will be challenging themselves in all aspects of school life, and forging great friendships and connections along the way. Having the opportunity to try a huge range of clubs and activities, to find your thing, is part of the excitement of joining senior school.

Finding your thing

Whether it’s delving into Myths and Monsters, writing in a foreign language for Linguistica, getting stuck into science club, or learning crochet or badminton… there is something for everyone. Our annual ClubsFest kicks off proceedings early in the autumn term.
