Sports Awards 2018

To mark the end of a jam-packed year of sport at WHS, Seniors celebrated individual and group successes at Nursery Road during the Sports Awards Dinner on Tuesday 26th June.

Guest speaker, Montell Douglas (part of GB Bobsleigh team and Olympic athlete) gave an inspirational speech about her journey to success in the world of sport, talking broadly about her exciting experiences. Awards were then presented in their sporting categories with individual and group achievements for each year group as well as overall awards which were handed out.

Congratulations to the winners and all nominees! And of course, a huge thank you to the PE department for arranging the event and their amazing support to the girls, all year round.
