Sport Scholarship to the University of Virginia

We are delighted to share that Amelie R has been awarded a full sports scholarship to the University of Virginia to play hockey! Year 13 Amelie was selected for the GB Elite Development Squad last year and is a longtime England player. We wish Amelie the best of luck in her US adventure 🏑 🗽

Amelie also played in the 2024 Club Finals for the Women's 1s last weekend, finishing 4th in the country, where she was coached by Alex Danson-Bennett MBE, England hockey president and Olympic gold medalist.
