Gymnastics Gold and other Junior Sporting Success

Over the past few weeks our sports teams in the Junior School have enjoyed quite a few successes.

Highlights include 

• Trust Gymnastics - huge congratulations to the U11 Gymnastics team, who won the GDST Gymnastics competition yesterday. ​ All the girls performed outstandingly well on the floor and vault.​ We not only secured team gold.. but also individual 1st place – Guilia and individual 2nd place Layla. 
• Trust Cross Country - our U11 Cross Country team had a very wet and muddy race yesterday against 16 other GDST schools and pleased to report they won!
• Y6 Netball trip to Condover Hall - well done to those who attended the Condover Hall Netball weekend as they showed great adaptability transitioning from Bee Netball to the 7-a-side game that has different positions and rules.

Coming up before the end of term the U11 Netball team will be travelling to Rugby for the IAPS National finals and will next week be playing in the Surrey Netball Tournament.
