U11 Chess Competition against Holy Cross

Yesterday the Junior U11 chess team played an exciting match against Holy Cross, winning the match just after 5p.m. following an afternoon of playing.

Emma scored a quick victory, followed by Emmy delivering checkmate, which set the tone for Wimbledon to win 9.5 - 3.5.

A critical win for Aarya on top board and a tremendous depth of strong Y4 players sealed the victory.
