Under 15A netballers play in the Surrey Finals

On Sunday 5^th March U15A netball team took part in the Surrey finals tournament, which we excitingly qualified for earlier this year. It was a great opportunity for us to play against 5 competitive teams from across the county, in short, tournament-style matches.

Ellie R, Year 10, writes: "I was especially proud of the team, as the improvement was visible between the matches and out of the 5 matches we played, the two teams we lost to themselves qualified for the Semi Finals. Our last match ended with a strong 10-1 win and above all the highlight for me was the effort put in by all players, despite the cold weather and the perseverance when being put to the test.

"While it was sad not to go further in the tournament, it was a great way to end the season and we look ahead to the next one, by learning from our experience against such challenging competition. I know the whole team found the tournament extremely valuable and are excited for next season."
