Reception Enjoy Teddy Bears' Picnic

Reception ventured up to Wimbledon Common last week to enjoy their final Wild Girls trip of the year. This trip was extra special as the girls brought along their favourite teddy bear and were joined by the boys from Squirrels. Upon arriving at the common, the girls broke into house groups and joined the boys to participate in some exciting games: Stuck in the Mud; bean bag throwing; parachute games; and an all-time classic...duck duck goose! The parachute games were a clear favourite.  

The Reception team were incredibly impressed by how cooperatively the girls and boys played together. After a round of games, the children settled down with their teddies to enjoy their picnic lunch in the beaming sunshine. We ended our adventure with a teddy bear toss photo, which perfectly captured the fun and excitement of the day!
