Sixth Formers get Toasty

Waffle away, Man’s Best Friend and the reggae themed Kokobe,  were just three of the imaginative restaurant entries to the Year 12 

Management Skills competition, which took place on 22 and 23 June.  The annual event gives Sixth Formers an insight into how to launch a new brand and over the two days they cover everything from pricing their products through to logo design and social media strategies.  The winning team came up with the ultimate, low cost, fast food outlet, aimed at hungry students and calledToasty. They claimed the fantastic prize of lunch at the Lighthouse Restaurant in Wimbledon Village. Girls were also put through their paces with mock job interviews for various roles within their restaurants.
