Day 10 in Reception

The Reception girls have been settling in brilliantly during their first two weeks at Wimbledon High - they've made friends, got to know their teachers and have been learning so many fun things!  

In Maths, they have been exploring different shapes and each made their own art. They have been learning about different sounds in Phonics, and have been using the 'Here We Are' book in Literacy. In Music, they met Miss Norford and were treated to a game of musical statues in the playground, they were listening so well and it was very hard for Miss Norford to catch anyone out! And of course, the girls took part in the Junior School Jungle Challenge, too (read here). We can't wait to see what else they get up to in coming weeks.
