Fundraising for the Storybook Dads charity

Year 9 are supporting the charity Storybook Dads, which help parents in prison to record themselves reading stories for their children to maintain this contact.

Every week on Teams, led by Delilah in Year 13, the Storybook Dads Club meet to discuss issues affecting prisoners, parents in prison and ideas to support the charity. During half term, the club decided to fundraise by taking part in sponsored outdoor activities. Well done to all students who participated, and congratulations to both Cecilia and Flora in Year 9, who managed to raise £1200 by walking a half marathon!
