To celebrate the final day of Hanukkah, our catering team from Thomas Franks created a special menu to mark the Festival of Lights.
Students and staff were treated to delicious items such as slow braised brisket beef, kugel with spinach and sweet potato, latkes potato cakes, roasted broccoli and more. To top it all off there was a fabulous selection of desserts from fruit to cinnamon apple cake, to the super popular choice of 'sufganiyots' (jam doughnuts). We can't wait for more pop-up menus like this one as we mark important dates in our diversity calendar across the year.
